Remaining payments are due upon completion or as per the agreed schedule.
Hosting, domains, or third-party tools are billed separately unless otherwise mentioned.
3. Timelines
We strive to deliver on time:
One-Page Website: 1 day
Multi-Page Website: 7 days
VIP Website: 10 days
E-Commerce Website: 14 days
Delays caused by late client responses or content delivery may extend timelines.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes limited revisions as agreed in the contract.
Once approved, further changes may be subject to additional costs.
5. Ownership & Access
Upon full payment, the client owns the website and will receive all access credentials.

6. Marketing & SEO

Codex Technology cannot guarantee specific rankings or sales but ensures best-practice strategies.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or external factors beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for renewing their domain and hosting services unless managed by us.
